At Ratna Loop, we take great care in checking and packaging each bracelet before dispatch. Every product goes through a quality check to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted crystal bracelets. Every product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

 

Damaged Product? We’ve Got You Covered

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product due to our error, we offer a one-time exchange of the same item.

Please Note:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges are offered only if the product is damaged due to our fault.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video showing the damage.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

  • Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Damages caused during usage or by mishandling

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Product ordered by mistake
